The game engine comes from PokéSurvivor by JPTER78, under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 licence. The sound effects come from that project and are generated by the game. The music is an 8-bit cover of "Butter-Fly" (Digimon Adventure opening, by Hidenori Chiwata, sung by Kōji Wada), used without a licence and removed if its rights holders or the cover's arranger ask. Fonts: Pixelify Sans (OFL) and Pixel Digivolve by Pixel Sagas (OFL).

Code licence: PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 (you may use, study and modify it, but not to make money).
If you create an account, we store your player name and your game (collection, Bits, upgrades and stats) in Google Firebase so you can continue on any computer. If you sign in with Google, Firebase also stores your Google email to identify you (it is never shown to other players). We don't use your data for anything else, we don't share it, and there are no ads or tracking. As a guest, nothing is stored outside your browser.
Friends and leaderboard: your nickname is public to other players. We store your friends list, whether you're online and your best times (with your nickname and your Digimon).
Group games: your browser connects directly to your teammates' browsers (like a video call), so each of you may be able to see the others' IP address. Only play in a group with people you know. If a direct connection isn't possible, the game goes through Firebase's servers.
You can delete your account whenever you want (your nickname, friends and records are deleted too):
